30 DAY HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY
Returning your item to Feeders Grain & Supply is easy. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Them item(s) must be returned in the condition you received it, unopened, not damaged or used in any manner. A return confirmation number provided by us “Feeders Grain & Supply” must accompany the item(s) to allow us to process your return. Also, your original order confirmation number or packing list must be placed in the returned box. Buyer to pay return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged or due to an error made on our part. In this case, we will forward you a paid return postage label to apply and take to your local USPS or UPS drop off local USPS or UPS drop off location.

NON RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds will be in the amount of the original purchase price of the item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately closeout items cannot be refunded.
