RETURN AND GUARANTEE POLICY

At Feeders Grain & Farm Supply Inc., we’re committed to providing quality farm, feed, and livestock supplies. While we stand behind everything we sell, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here’s how we handle them.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Your satisfaction matters to us. Items returned must be unmarked, unused, and in new condition, with all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and materials included.

  • A restocking fee may apply for products returned in other than new condition.
  • Custom and special orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Drop ship orders may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges, vaccines, and books are non-returnable.

Return Window

Most eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or order number.

Eligible for Return

  • Unopened and unused livestock care products (e.g., dewormers, grooming tools, vaccines in proper condition)
  • Unopened feed supplements (minerals, salt blocks, tubs, etc.)
  • Unused feeders, waterers, or feed storage containers
  • Unworn pet gear or apparel
  • Unopened and undamaged garden seed, fertilizer, or soil enhancers
  • Fencing and handling equipment in original condition and packaging

Not Eligible for Return

Due to safety, regulatory, and quality concerns, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used livestock feed (cattle, poultry, swine, horses, goats, sheep)
  • Whole or processed grains (corn, oats, barley, wheat) once opened or removed from packaging
  • Custom grain mixes (including organic and non-GMO), as they are mixed to order
  • Live products (e.g., plants, if applicable)
  • Expired or improperly stored supplements or vaccines
  • Pet and small animal feed once packaging is opened

How to Return

  1. Complete the back of your packing slip and include it with your return.
  2. Contact us before shipping at support@feedersgrain.com.
  3. Securely package your return and include your name, order number, and reason for return.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or in error.

Damages & Shortages

  • Contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection.
  • Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged for store credit.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • If we made a mistake or the product was defective, we’ll make it right — including covering return shipping if applicable.

Disclaimers

Feeders Grain & Farm Supply Inc. renounces responsibility for:

  • Errors in pricing
  • The use or misuse of any product described on our website
  • Losses incurred from product use outside manufacturer label directions
  • Carrier delays or weather-related shipping issues
 

We do not authorize any employee or agent to recommend a product in any way other than according to the manufacturer’s current label directions.

We reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices are subject to change without notice.
