Shipping Policy and Procedure
Because we know you need your supplies when you need them — not when the cows come home.
At Feeders Grain & Farm Supply, we do our best to get your order out the door quickly and reliably. Whether it’s feed, fencing, or farm tools, we aim to make shipping straightforward and stress-free.
Shipping Options
We offer several ways to get your order:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days depending on location and order size
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available for most items at checkout)
- Local Delivery: Available in select areas — we’ll let you know if you qualify
- In-Store Pickup: Choose this option at checkout and we’ll notify you when it’s ready
Note: Larger or heavier items (like feed bins or fencing equipment) may ship freight and could take a bit longer.
Shipping Information
Shipping Days: Orders ship Monday through Friday. Shipping carriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Transit Times: Service transit times are provided by the carrier and are to be used as a guideline only. Delivery may vary, especially during peak seasons.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. Custom grain mixes or special orders may require 1–3 additional business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the move.
Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: If we’re running a free shipping promotion or your order meets the qualifying minimum (usually $49 or more), your cart will automatically show no shipping fee.
- Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under $49 will incur a $7 shipping charge.
- Hazardous Items: Products labeled as hazardous (including aerosols) require Ground Service shipping only and include an additional $19.50 fee.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the continental U.S. If you’re located outside this area, contact us — we’re happy to explore options.
Damaged or Missing Items
If something arrives damaged or missing:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos if possible
We’ll work quickly to make it right — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or credit.
Freight & Bulk Orders
For pallet shipments (feed, fencing, bulk grain, etc.), we’ll coordinate freight delivery with you directly. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and that delivery access accommodates a freight truck.
